HOW DO I QUALIFY FOR THE PROGRAM?

I’m looking for 10 aspirational, committed women to join this program, no matter where you are worldwide! The most important thing in is that you’re ready to put in the time and work necessary to create change in your life throughout the program.


HOW DO I KNOW IF THIS PROGRAM IS THE RIGHT FIT FOR ME?

HOW DO WE MEET FOR THE COACHING SESSIONS?

All sessions are virtual, via either video call (Zoom) or an audio call (Zoom).


CAN I GET 1:1 SUPPORT FROM YOU?

If you choose to pay the full program fee upfront there is a bonus of a 1 x 60 Min 1:1 Coaching call with me. There will also be plenty of direct support from me in the weekly coaching session as well as the monthly office hour Q&A sessions where you get to bring any questions that you may have.


ARE THERE SCHEDULE OPTIONS FOR THE WEEKLY SESSIONS?

The time set for the coaching sessions will be optimized for all participants time zones as much as possible, we will keep the same time and day weekly for consistency.


IT’S MY FIRST TIME JOINING A GROUP COACHING PROGRAM. WHAT ARE THE BENEFITS VS. 1:1 COACHING?

While 1:1 coaching has its benefits such as being able to work through a program completely tailored to you and your needs, group coaching is great for the following reasons:

  • You’re supported not only by your coach but by an empowering community going through a similar self-development journey—by being surrounded by like-minded individuals, you’re able to practice accountability, learn from one another, and offer valuable feedback and insights within a safe space.

  • Being in a group dynamic helps your coach learn more about the way you interact in the real world—an important aspect to developing relationships with others, in whatever contect!

  • Exposing yourself to people from diverse backgrounds allows you to open your mind and gain a deeper perspective on your approach to challenges and differences, as well as the way others think and operate.

  • You allow yourself to be seen and you’re given the opportunity to truly see others as well

WHAT IS THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN LIFE COACHING AND THERAPY?

Therapy is about healing your past. Coaching is about creating your future. This is a coaching program where we will be focused on creating your future. If you feel the need to do deeper healing work, I recommend that you consider therapy first. However, coaching and therapy are great to combine as they offer the support that you need in overcoming obstacles to actively work towards where you want to be.


WHAT DOES A LIFE AND BUSINESS COACH DO?

A life and business coach works with their clients to help them achieve goals, overcome inner and outer obstacles and make changes or shifts in their lives and or careers. The coach works with the client as a partner, knowing that the client has the answers to create the changes they seek which the coaching process illuminates.

CAN A COACH HELP ME WITH A MENTAL HEALTH ISSUE?

A Life and Business coach is not a mental health professional and does not offer mental health, addiction or psychological advice or treatment. Coaching is not intended for those experiencing those issues, it is therefore recommended that you seek professional help from a mental health practitioner for issues such as anxiety, depression and suicidal thoughts to get the care that you need and deserve.


HOW MUCH TIME DO I NEED TO COMMIT TO COACHING?

Outside of the session, you would be expected to set aside 1-2 hours per week on various exercises and "homework" from the coaching sessions to get the most out of this process. I will also be sending you resources in between sessions that might be helpful to you.
