Eritrea
Eritrea, the land of my ancestors, the birth country of my parents and a place where I feel that a piece of me always remain. Eritrea is a small country, located in the Horn of Africa and also on the Red Sea coast. I first travelled to Eritrea after its independence in 1992 and have had the chance to return over the years. These pictures are from my latest trip 3-week trip to Eritrea in June 2018 where I got the chance to see family, travel to the coast, and roam around the capital, Asmara, while taking pictures. Eritrea is a beautiful country in terms of landscape, but what makes her stand out is the beauty and resilience of her people.
