Welcome to My New Home on the Interwebs
For some of you that know me I've had a few different blogs in the past but for many reasons (read: adulting) its been a while. I am however very, very excited to get back to writing and sharing all things related to self-development, growth and wellbeing with you here in my little cosy corner of the internet.
One thing that has been consistent for me in my life is my quest for understanding life and myself better and to harness the growth that comes with that. In many ways, this blog will be focused on just that, growth, in a holistic sense. One thing I've learned through my own experience in my private life as an individual, in my professional life as a manager and in my work as a coach is that growth spans across many areas, it’s actually the key behind successful progression of our lives. My approach on the best way to progress ourselves in our lives to where we want and deserve to be is, therefore, holistic. How we are eating, sleeping, moving, relating and thinking are some of the key cornerstones of creating a healthy foundation in our lives. I think this should be a top priority for all of us, to take charge of the direction and content of our lives, to start calling the shots in all areas of our lives.
I am very passionate about creating and living a self-defined life, a healthy life full of growth opportunity and expansion. I'm equally passionate about supporting and working with people on their growth journeys, it's truly something that lights me up. This blog is a vessel for sharing some of those growth thought starters with you guys in a safe space.
So what can you expect from this blog? Some of the key self development areas that I'll explore here are success habits, growth strategies, mindfulness hacks, all things health in the most holistic sense, how to improve our personal finance (which by the way I'm learning more about right now, so on this topic, we'll grow together real-time) and things that inspire me. I hope that you'll enjoy some of the self-leadership strategies that I'll share here. Ultimately I think a measure of a good life is one where we can look back and say that we called the shots and set the directions for our lives, that where we could, we chose every step of it.
