I’m so excited to share this conversation that I had with Paris based artist Hanna Thedros recently about Habit building. It felt important to both of us to have this conversation in this moment as our lives are kind of turned upside down when it comes to daily habits, routines and rituals because of the Covid restrictions.

We talk about how to build good habits and the key principles that can be helpful for you when you’re trying to establish a new habit.

We also talk about how to adapt our habits to the COVID-19 restrictions which have completely changed our day to day.
