I often feel that discipline gets a bad rap. We associate discipline with life's difficult or unpleasant tasks, the things that we know we should do but struggle to accomplish. Here's a truth: we don't accomplish much in life without self-discipline. When we understand the power that discipline has to deliver joy, we can start to look at the idea of discipline in a different way.
